Cons: Philippine Airlines:  syn. faulty, malfunction, trash can, rubbish, good for nothing airliner.

avoid these guys at all costs.

Cons: $150 change fee, broken planes, rude employees

Swiss International Airlines
Swiss, With More Holes

Pros: Courteous, efficient service, and a liberal view of baggage allowances.
Cons: A hub that can be a handicap. Airbus aircraft with passenger discomfort features.
