Pros: Sinus problem cleared up. Less apt to overheat than a memory-foam product. Construction outstanding. Cons: Expensive. Heavy. Center "zone" is very hard. Irritating seam runs down the middle of mattress.

Pros: Adjustable. Cons: Shabby quality built.
Used foam pads.
