| The 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 is available in four models: Regular Cab and Quad Cab, in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. All models may be ordered with either ST or STL trim. Dodges all-new 5.7L Hemi Magnum engine has replaced the 5.9L V-8. Producing 345 hp and 375 lb-ft. of torque, the new engine employs design innovations such as hemispherical combustion chambers and twin spark plugs per-cylinder that make it more powerful, over fifty pounds lighter, and ten percent more efficient than the outgoing unit. The Ram 1500 is available with a variety of upgrade packages combining popular options. These include an off-road equipment group, a sport appearance group, and a trailer tow package. |
